Your mission

To support and further develop our IT infrastructure, we are looking for an additional IT generalist with a focus on Microsoft Windows to join our current 4-person IT team. As an IT Administrator (m/f/d), your primary responsibilities with us will include:
  • Installation, configuration, and administration of IT systems, particularly the Microsoft domain (AD, M365)
  • Supporting and assisting users with daily challenges, such as those related to client and server applications (internal and external cloud services)
  • Further developing the department collaboratively as a team, taking into account new trends in M365 and security requirements
  • Managing the network and ensuring the IT operations of our infrastructure and services together with the team (tools such as Trend Micro, patch management, and asset management)
  • Analyzing and resolving hardware and software issues
  • Assisting with the planning, preparation, and implementation of new projects with a focus on information security
  • Documenting system configurations and changes


Your profile

  • Ideally, a completed vocational training program as an IT Specialist (m/f/d) or a successfully completed degree in an IT-related field; alternatively, a creative career changer with relevant experience in an SME
  • Knowledge of administering Microsoft M365 services, as well as the relevant interfaces and necessary authentication procedures
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows 11 and Windows Server 2016/2019
  • Preferred: experience working with server applications such as Endpoint Central, Trend Micro, and GitLab
  • Basic knowledge of networking, virtualization, and information security
  • Willingness to take on general networking tasks (installation, maintenance of workstations)
  • Ideally, basic knowledge of Linux or a willingness to learn Linux systems
  • Strong analytical skills in troubleshooting and the ability to break down complex issues in a way that is appropriate for the target audience and communicate them clearly
  • An independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
  • A true team player who enjoys supporting others and making the most of their creative freedom
  • Customer focus, as well as strong written and spoken German and English skills
